3 Days / 2 Nights - Tsavo West and Tsavo West Camping Safari 

Highlights: This is a budget camping adventure which starts from Mombasa and ends in Mombasa. You will be able to visit the Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks from your beach hotel. You will stay in tents at the various campsites.

Both national parks are managed separately but together they form the largest reserve in East Africa. The northern part of Tsavo east may not however be visited by tourists. Nevertheless the Tsavo national park founded in 1947 is one of the most visited tourist attraction in Kenya. In spite of its arid countryside and savannah vegetation about 60 species of mammals and 400 different species of birds are to be found here. The Tsavo is particularly famous because of its dramatic scenery and the “Red Elephants” which owe their colors to the dust prevalent in this area as well as lions and cheetahs. There are many antelopes (Oryx, kudus, giants gazelles and giraffe) Burchell’s zebras, Masai giraffes baboons and vervet monkeys of the birds the most impressive is the Maasai

Itinerary:

Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo East
Our Safari departs Mombasa and drives north towards the vast wilderness of Tsavo East, Kenya’s oldest and largest park. We arrive ready for lunch at the campsite. After lunch we spend the afternoon exploring the park where we can expect to see elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, kudu, zebra and hartebeest. Dinner and overnight at a campsite.

Day 2: Tsavo East - Tsavo West
After breakfast, leave Tsavo East with game drive en-route and cross into Tsavo West National Park. Arriving in time for lunch in the campsite. Our afternoon game drive includes a visit to Mzima springs. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 3: Tsavo West – Mombasa
 Pre-breakfast game drives then return the camp for breakfast. Depart for  Mombasa arriving  in the  afternoon.

Cost: Euro 285 / US$ 416 per person. Based on minimum 2 persons travelling.

3 Days 2 Nights - Maasai Mara wildlife Camping Adventure

Highlights: This is a budget camping adventure which starts from Nairobi and ends in Nairobi. You will be able to visit the 7Th wonders of the World – Maasai Mara from Nairobi. You will stay in tent at the various campsites within the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

The Maasai Mara, now The New 7the wonder of the world and 4th preferred tourist destination in the world is a home to wildlife in such abundance and variety that it is difficult to imagine. The most spectacular event of the natural world takes place here; The annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture while being  followed on their heels by the predators of the savanna; lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

 It hosts over 450 species of animals which include lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephants.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara
On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, or if you are staying in a Nairobi City Hotel, our tour manager will meet you and brief you on your safari. Thereafter depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, stopping at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley and at Narok town for lunch. Arrive in time for a late afternoon game drive in this park, which is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park as an artificial border only separates the two. Dinner and overnight at a campsite.

 Day 2: Masai Mara
Early breakfast followed by a full day of game drives within the reserve.

The Masai Mara is famous for it’s black maned lions, elephants and buffalo that make three out of the ‘big five’ though luck is essential for spotting the other two namely park’s animal concentration and abundance is second to none. We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool where with luck you may spot crocodiles basking on the rocks. Numerous plains game including antelopes, wildebeest, zebra, and Maasai giraffe can be seen as well as scavengers like hyena and vulture. In the late afternoon (at an extra cost), go for optional activities like having a nature walk, visiting Maasai villages to see the nomadic lifestyle or swimming in the nearby lodges.

 All meals and overnight at a campsite.

 Day 3: Masai Mara – Nairobi

0630 hrs- early morning game drive - if you still want to go for more

Take the opportunity to fly over the Mara in a Hot air Balloon provided at an extra cost. The balloon package includes a champagne breakfast in the wild! If you can spare the money, viewing abundant game afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience.

 After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nairobi with lunch enroute, arriving in the late afternoon / early evening.

3 Days 2 Nights - Amboseli wildlife Camping Adventure


Highlights: This is a budget camping adventure which starts from Nairobi and ends in Nairobi. You will be able to visit the Amboseli National Park. You will stay in tents at the various campsites.

At Amboseli National Park, the combination of scenery, people and animals is what makes the Amboseli national park of fascinating. Beautifully situated  at the foot of the towering Kilimanjaro, it Is  the home of the brightly painted Maasai tribe, here  you can see lions , cheetahs, spotted hyenas and wild dogs as  well as gnus , Kaffir buffaloes , Burch ell’s zebras and herds of elephants . All these animals come to drink at water holes consisting of small lakes or muddy ponds kept filled up by water from the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. The northern lake Amboseli contains water only after rain.

Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli
On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, or if you are staying in a Nairobi City Hotel, our tour manager will meet you and brief you on your safari Thereafter depart for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for an afternoon game drive via Namanga border town for lunch at the campsite.
Dinner and overnight at a campsite.


Day 2: Amboseli
After breakfast, proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the camp or lodge for breakfast. After breakfast proceed for another game drive where plains game namely zebra, wildebeest, giraffe and various antelopes can be seen. You will have a lunch and leisure break at the campsite then end with an evening game drive, looking out for the peak of Kilimanjaro which may be seen during clear weather from the observation hill. Large herds of elephants and hippo can be seen bathing in the swampy grounds whose water source is Mt., Kilimanjaro.


Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

Day 3: Amboseli - Nairobi
Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After a late breakfast depart Amboseli for Nairobi. Arrive in the early evening ready for late lunch and drop off in Nairobi.

After breakfast depart for Nakuru. While on the highway you will see Mount Longonot (which is of volcanic origin), and Lake Naivasha can be seen from afar. Lunch at campsite. Afternoon option; game drive or (at an extra cost) nature walk with a Maasai guide, visit local Maasai village to see their nomadic lifestyle.

Lake Nakuru is a soda lake on the floor of the Rift valley. It  is famous due to its being a home to about  1.5 million flamingo's and the over 450 species of birds found here. The sight of the millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species - particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. It is a home to Lions, waterbucks, buffalos, baboons and pelicans.

All activities will end in the late afternoon. Proceed for evening game drive.

 Day 4: Nakuru - Nairobi

Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nairobi with lunch enroute, arriving in the late afternoon / early evening.

5 Days 4 Nights - Maasai Mara & Lake Nakuru wildlife Camping Adventure

Highlights: This is a budget camping adventure which starts from Nairobi and ends in Nairobi. You will be able to visit the 7Th wonders of the World – Maasai Mara from Nairobi then proceed to Nakuru National Park. You will stay in tents or Guest houses at the various campsites within the Maasai Mara National Reserve and Nakuru National Park.

Maasai Mara national reserve offers an absolutely unique variety of animals. The reason is that this hilly region is both humid and fertile and is crossed by the rivers; Mara and Talek full of crocodiles and hippo and which carry water the whole year around. The banks of the rivers are covered in thick forest which gradually makes way for bush and grassland the abundance of water and excellent availability of food are reasons why the Maasai Mara which in fact is a condition of the Tanzanian Serengeti National park has the greatest population of wild animals in the whole of Africa. There is a particular dramatic “spectacle” from July to November the annual migration of huge herds of gnus and zebras. These herds are of course closely followed by predators such as hyenas, jackals, leopards and lions. There is no place where more of these latter may be seen than in Maasai Mara gigantic herds of over 200 buffaloes can be observed. Plenty of food is available for elephants, giraffes and the many species of antelopes and gazelles all of which can be observed in their natural habitat.

We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool. In the evening, drive back to the campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Maasai Mara
Early breakfast followed by a morning game drive. Lunch at the campsite. Afternoon option - game drives or (at an extra cost) have nature walk with our Maasai guides; visit a local Maasai village to see their nomadic lifestyle. All activities will end in the late afternoon. Proceed for evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at campsite.

 Day 4: Maasai Mara - Nakuru

Day 5: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi
After breakfast proceed on a game drive in Nakuru Park, which has prolific bird life including flamingos, white pelicans and the marabou stork among others. Waterbuck and Cape buffalo can be seen near the shoreline. Rothschild’s giraffe and the white rhino are additional attractions among other species of plains game and cats like lion. With luck you may spot leopard, which is rather elusive. Lunch in Nakuru then depart for Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
