Tangarire National Park is a very interesting park like the Serengeti s during the dry season (July - Oct) Tarangire becomes home to impressive concentrations of migratory wildlife species. During this period the Tarangire River is one of the few sources of permanent water left in the area and consequently attracts large numbers of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, eland and oryx which gather to stay until the onset of the rains when the ongoing migration sees them disperse again to adjoining grazing areas.

Dinner and overnight, Wild Palm Campsite.

Day 4: Tarangire-Serengeti
After breakfast depart for Serengeti National Park, en-route game drive, picnic lunch and afternoon a short game drive in Serengeti National Park,

The Serengeti is among the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. Within its 15,000 sq km area it hosts 3 million large mammals. More than 35 species of plain animals- zebra, wildebeest, eland, giraffe, and others are found here. And so for the big five: elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino.

The park is the staging zones for one the most spectacular events in the natural world- the annual migration of wildebeest. This commences around June when over 1 million wildebeest, zebra and gazelle head for the Maasai Mara in Kenya in search of pasture. They are followed closely by the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. The Serengeti also has over 500 species of birds.

Dinner and overnight, Seronera Campsite.

Day 5: Serengeti
After breakfast full day in Serengeti National Park (early morning, mid and afternoon game drives), All meals and overnight, Seronera Campsite.

The Serengeti is probably best known for the awe inspiring Wildebeest Migration in which millions of animals circulate through the ecosystem annually, moving onto the 5000 sq km of grassland in the wet and retreating to the woodland areas in the dry. The migration is undoubtedly one of the most dramatic wildlife spectacles any where in the world and with a little luck we can get you right into the middle of it - sitting in a vehicle surrounded by 10's of thousands of wildebeest and all the accompanying noise is an experience you won't quickly forget. Getting you there is one of our main goals for your safari, so we spend a great deal of energy in trying to send you to the right places

Day 6: Serengeti- Ngorongoro crater
Early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, after lunch depart for Ngorongoro Crater Rim, en-route game drive, Covering 260 sq. km, the crater is an attraction in its own right and is one of the wonders of the natural world. The crater supports a year round resident population of a variety of wildlife. You will have no trouble spotting lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and many species of plain animals- wildebeest, zebra, reedbuck, Thompson gazelle and many more. Dinner and overnight, Simba Campsite.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater-Lake Manyara

The park covers 330 sq. km, 70% of which is occupied by the lake. Its varied ecosystem consists of ground water forests, acacia woodland, open savannah grassland along the lakeshores and sustains a wealth of wildlife, including the Big Five - Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Buffalo.
