Day
1 Kamoala - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Drive
from Kampala to Bwindi, with Stop over at the drum makers, coffee &
Banana Plantations, Ankole long-horned cattle, lunch enroute, Dinner
and overnight at Gorilla Forest camp Buhoma Camp or at Travelers Rest
Hotel in Kisoro .
Day 2 Bwindi
Impenetrable Forest National Park
After Breakfast go for Gorilla tracking with packed lunch Dinner and
overnight Buhoma Homestead or at Gorilla Forest Camp. If you tracked
Gorillas then you can return to Kabale for overnight.
Day
3
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park - Kampala
Return to Kampala after breakfast with lunch stopover on the way. Clients
who wish to fly out in the evening will be dropped at the Entebbe Airport.

Gorilla tracking and other notes on this tour:
Safari can be booked privately for daily departures and dates
of departure are flexible depending on gorilla permit availability.
Gorilla tracking takes place in Bwindi at either Buhoma (north) or
the Kisoro side (south) accessing the New group of Nkuringo. Itinerary
can be run in reverse depending on the gorilla permits availability
dates.

Murchison Falls National Park - 3 Days -

Day
1: Kampala - Murchison Falls
Early
morning you will be picked from your hotel or residence and drive northward
passing through the famous Luwero Triangle stopping in Masindi for lunch
stop. Proceed to drive to Murchison Falls. Drive to the top of the falls
for magnificent scenery, breathtaking sight of the raging Nile as it
forces it’s way through a rocky gap where millions of gallons
of water squeeze in 7 meter gap before it falls (45 meters) in thunderous
sound forming a placid river. Arriving in the evening to overnight at
Paraa Safari Lodge-Sambiya River Lodge or Nile safari camp .
Day
2:
Murchison Falls
Start the day with an early morning game drive on the Buligi, Albert
or Queens tracks north of the river Nile. You are able to view those
animals that are unique to the African Savannah like lion, leopard,
giraffe, antelope, elephant, and many warthogs.
After
lunch, you will go for a launch cruise on the Nile River. The cruise
takes to the bottom of the thundering falls where you will see huge
crocodiles, schools of hippos, buffaloes, elephants and a variety of
water birds like herons, cormorants, ducks, bee-eaters, kingfishers,
skimmers, fish eagle and the rare shoebill. Return to the lodge for
dinner and overnight.
Day
3: Murchison Falls - Kampala
On
this day before you leave the park, you take a drive to the “Top
of the falls”( you did not go through it on the 1st day)
Proceed
on with packed lunch passing through Bugungu gate to Budongo forest
a dense natural forest. Take a simple natural walk seeing different
species of primates –chimps, monkeys etc. then proceed to Kampala
arriving in the evening.

Lake
Mburo and Queen Elizabeth Nat. Parks - 3 Days -

Day
1 Kampala - Lake Mburo National Park-Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After breakfast you will picked from your hotel or residence and depart
for Lake Mburo National Park stopping at Mpigi crafts and the Equator
crossing. Arrive and have a game drive where you will see unique game
like the Eland, Topi, Klipspringer and Zebra. This park was gazetted
in 1982 and is situated between the towns of Masaka and Mbarara and
is the only one which contains an entire lake. The attractive acacia-dotted
Savannah is a home for huge Zebras and Buffaloes which graze these peaceful
acres .At the lake, there are Hippos and a wonderful diversity of birds.
Because of the different habitats of the lakeshores and the broad Savannah,
the variety seems endless. Catch a glimpse of water birds diving for
fish, the Marabou stork, bee-eater and cheeky bronze-tailed starling
as well as the majestic crowned crane. You will have your picnic lunch
and then proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. As you descend to
the park stop for good scenery point of the rift valley and Rwenzori
mountains. Arrive in the evening and check in at Mweya Safari Lodge
or Institute Hostel. Dinner and overnight.

Day
2 Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After breakfast, you will go for Chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura Gorge
where you will see not only the chimpanzee but also other primates like
the colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys plus baboons. Return to the lodge
for lunch and after you will take an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga
Channel where you will see a variety of game mostly marine animals.
This waterway joins Lake Edward and Lake George and it is filled with
schools of hippos, buffaloes, with elephants at the banks. Queen Elizabeth
National Park is one of the most outstanding treasures of Uganda, and
has been designated a Biosphere Reserve for Humanity under UNESCO auspices.
If time allows take an evening game drive to the crater area. Retire
to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Day
3 Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kampala
Rise very early for a morning game drive to catch-up with the early
risers and predators – lion, leopard, returning to their hideouts.
You will be likely to meet grazing, elephants, spotted hyenas and leopards,
bushbucks, water buck and stripped jackal, and of-course the several
warthogs. After late breakfast proceed to Kampala with packed stopping
at tea estates in Bushenyi and continue to Kampala.
